Seller's Notes:Very wonderful, attractive and useful antique industrial sewing machine table with caste iron base. Includes original pedal with brand name "Singer". This is historically, the most famous American sewing machine manufacturers. I use in my art studio as a work table. Can be used as a dining table. Or desk. Thick wood--1 3/4 inches. HEAVY in weight. Collectors' item plus functional. I urethaned it years ago when I brought it home. Cleaned out oil and cleaned it up. Nicely distressed. I often use with piece of plywood on top for larger work surface. You can attach awl for shop-work. It can be used a "work" table, as a "dining table" or use it as you wish. I suggest a potential buyer to look at anything antique or artwork in person first. This will need 2 strong mover-types. Is easier in the long-run. Near most metros.
