Seller's Notes:Solid hardwood (most likely oak). This has been in storage for many years in hopes I would use it. I envisioned making a bench or porch swing out out of it. It still is fully functional as a headboard. I don't know how old it is. It is quite lovely. It was painted blue at some point and if the paint was stripped off I am sure it would be even more beautiful.
