Seller's Notes:This unique bookcase was purchased from an antique shop in Brooklyn. It is a barrister's/lawyer's modular bookcase with 4 stacking shelves. It can be moved separately as 5 pieces (top wood piece is separate from the 4 shelves with glass). The knobs are all wood and the cases open from the front, with a metal spring that slides them back. It is quite old, but in good condition for its age (see the old original ad for this bookcase in the photos!). There are scratches and stains, but it is a unique piece for the antique/vintage collector! Actual size: 11"d x 34.5"w x 54.5"h Available for pick up from a storage unit in Brooklyn. Can fit in a larger car/SUV as the shelves separate.
