Seller's Notes:This console was purchased at an antique auction. It mimics a carving style from the 1800s, but my family believes it may have been made in the 1960s due to the wood used and the overall thickness of the carvings. It's been in my family home for about 15 years and is a great classic piece for a foyer. I haven't seen a console quite like it anywhere. The brown of the wood is more mid-range than dark brown. A flaw is that levelers are needed to balance the table, but otherwise you can see how obviously well-crafted it is.
