Seller's Notes:Engraved all around with animals, people and foliage, and a coat of arms. Has the original large circular brass finial. Measures 30-1/2" to top of finial, the shade is 13" in diameter (wider than the base) Wired for electricity; uses 4 chandelier type bulbs in "candle" holders, plus 1 central regular bulb. Sold in working, "as is" condition. The shade is paper and has a few dings and tears; but the frame is intact. One of the "candle" covers is missing, but could easily be replaced. Brass could use a cleaning/polishing. Original age unknown, but the shape suggests this is a conversion from an antique (possibly Victorian) whale oil desk lamp with 4 burners.
