Seller's Notes:THIS IS AN ANTIQUE ENGLISH PUB TABLE HAND MADE IN ENGLAND. IT IS MADE OF SOLID OAK. SEATS 2 CLOSED AND 4 WITH EXTENSION. IT MEASURES (CLOSED) 32.71 X 35.35 X 30 (24 FROM FLOOR TO OPENING FOR CHAIR). THE WOOD IS IN BEAUTIFUL SHAPE, THERE IS ONE RED CANDLE STAIN ON THE TOP WHICH WE DID NOT SAND OFF BECAUSE IT ADDS CHARACRACTER. THE EXTENSIONS STORE UP UNDERNEATH THE TOP CENTER SECTION OF THE TABLE. THE MIDDLE TOP RESTS ON A 2 PEG DESIGN THAT LIFTS UP AND OUT TO ACCESS THE EXTENSIONS THAT THEN PULL OUT AND THEN THE CENTER IS DROPPED BACK DOWN TO COMPLETE THE EXTENSION.
