Seller's Notes:A beautiful handmade Empire dresser circa 1800 restored and bought at auction in 1985 in Dutchess County New York. The craftsmanship of the woodwork can be seen in the sturdy construction and the stunning curves along the facade. There are two cracks as shown in the pictures as well as other blemishes along the front that can only be seen at close inspection.
