Seller's Notes:The chair was purchased at a recent auction, and was attributed to being manufactured in nineteenth century. As there was no supporting paperwork, its provenance is uncertain. When folded fully open, the chair measures 32 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 39 inches in height. When folded, the chair is 32 inches wide, 20 inches deep, and 42 inches in height. The chair is in good shape for its age. The red lacquer has flaked away in some areas. In addition, the footrest is missing one of its stabilizing feet. The effect has caused the footrest to become loose and break away from the chair.
