Seller's Notes:A few scratches on the wood and one screw is loose (not damaged--just need to screw it tighter) but the fabric is in near-perfect condition. The only issue is that the hook that actually makes the chair fold fell off (it is a hook that you can find in any hardware store). I didn't take the time to replace it because I don't have room for the chair in my apt. anyway. Again, this is not a special hook--totally standard and all you would need to do is buy the hardware and screw it in. I have factored that inconvenience and cost into the price.
