Seller's Notes:Made from solid maple wood!! Makes for great seating in smaller apartments (this was lovingly, and quite comfortably, used as the main seating in what is probably the tiniest studio in all of Brooklyn for the past year), but I always thought this would be great booth-style seating for a long dining table. I dropped a small piece of steak on it once but sprayed cleaning solution to it immediately -- you can't see it in the photos of the actual item (photos 4-7) or IRL. Disclaimer that I have a Spaniel mix that sat on it regularly, but I also Dyson'd it at least 2x a week. Love that the legs are solid wood! "Retails" for $1,300 and currently listed for $289 on Wayfair, which is taken into account in the selling price.
