Seller's Notes:I bought this couch from Value City about 7 years ago. It is in really good condition though (I really hesitated between listing the condition as "good" or "satisfactory"). No rips or tears and only minor blemishes. It is a really sturdy and very comfortable couch--one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. In fact, my friends are very disappointed that I'm selling it...I'm moving to a new apartment and it won't be able to fit in the new space; otherwise I would keep it. A couple of the back pillows are sagging a little bit (which should be visible in the pictures, but overall they are in good shape). It's made up of two pieces, and the color is almost a mix between sage green and taupe. The website didn't give me a space to list the length of the other side: it's slightly smaller at 97 1/2 inches.
