Seller's Notes:We have enjoyed our queen size American leather sofa bed for 10 yrs. Even our guests were surprised at how comfortable it is for a pull out bed! It is the best quality and comfortable sofa and sofa bed company you’ve never heard of. Now it’s time to transform this room into a gym. The sofa is in very good condition, with only slight wear at the end of the arms. The open/close mechanism is fine. The bed, however, is worn down on one side, and I recommend getting a mattress topper to make it comfortable. It was quite expensive as they are made to order but worth every penny. Located in SW Harlem. Very heavy. Elevator bldg. Doggie home.
