Seller's Notes:We have owned this couch for 8 years. It is in very good structural condition, but shows signs of wear on the cushion fabric. The pull-out bed is very comfortable for a sleeper sofa and the mechanism is easy to use. There are some slight rips in the fabric on the inside of the arms which are only visible when the cushions are removed to unfold the bed. It has been a great couch for us, and we are only looking to sell it due to a remodel.
