Seller's Notes:PRICE CUT!! And recently professionally cleaned! This is a truly awesome super functional sleeper. High-quality Crypton fabric with a stain protector applied professionally. The Chaise is a luxurious addition and adds storage for blankets, sheets, etc. This is the perfect lounging sofa - high back to comfortably relax to watch TV, read, or snuggle. The sleeper functionality has barely been used and American Leather is known for their amazingly comfortable "no bar" mattress. It is simply too big for our space, though! We will likely buy the next size down we love this so much. Our cat has also loved it! Scratching at two areas on the corner of the right arm and the ottoman. I use throw blankets to hide these blemishes on this practically new sofa.
