Seller's Notes:This is a great couch. Roommate and I bought new when we moved into the city last summer and only selling because we are moving into separate places that are too small for it. It’s in great condition, only blemishes include a stain that was 99% removed with treatment but left a slightly faded circular area (barely noticeable) and a ~2inch portion of one of the cushion’s seams could use re-stitching. Will upload pics of both of these.
