Seller's Notes: I bought this gorgeous wool Afghan prayer rug from an Afghan woman selling rugs to fund schools for girls in Kabul. I fell in love with not only her mission and cause but with the rug's earth tones and pattern, which perfectly matched my apartment decor at the time. Unfortunately, the rug's style no longer suits my decor and I regrettably need to part with this treasure that I have cherished so dearly. It's in excellent condition, with just a few minor blemishes that are barely noticeable (see photos). The fringe is exactly how it was sewn. I really hope it finds a loving home!
