Seller's Notes:Couch served me well. I’m getting a new couch/new style. Clean and comfy. No pets, bugs or kids. Legs have some scratches. Very small tear underneath (from my last move) - NO structural damage. I can easily sew the tear or staple it, I just haven’t bothered. You need a Coi (licensed mover; man w/a van is ok if they can provide Coi). Couch can only be moved on weekdays per building rules . I have an elevator.
