Seller's Notes:Purchased this gorgeous sectional in late 2019 from ABC Carpet & Home and I'm only selling it because it won't fit in my new place. This is the Vance Gray cotton velvet Carroll Gardens sectional from the Cobble Hill collection. There is minor wear of the fabric on the edge of the left armrest (pictured) and right exterior side (pictured) and a few very small spots (size of a pencil eraser) that are barely noticeable. I have included photos of the imperfections. Because it's velvet, sometimes there are markings that eventually dissappear once the fabric has time to settle. There are lots of variation in the color of the fabric and this adds beauty to the piece. This sofa is large and very deep at 42", please see photo with dimensions. Extremely comfortable and chic. This piece has many, many years left in it and deserves a good home! NOTE: The orientation of this sectional has the chaise on the RIGHT SIDE. See my photos for clarity.
