Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful and very comfortable lounge chair purchased at ABC Carpet & Home and reupholstered in Bennison All Over Floral Negative - Pale Grey on Oyster by Beckenstein (NYC-based upholsterer). Bennison fabrics run about $300/yard, so I'm basically selling the chair for the cost of one yard of the fabric. If I recall correctly, the chair cost about $1,750, and at 8 or 9 yards of fabric, the fabric cost $2,000-$3,000, then there was the cost of labor to reupholster... so I am underestimating the retail price. The seat cushion is foam and still very solid (the seat was hardly ever sat in), and the back cushion is down-filled (and also still very full). It is in excellent condition and looks like new except for a few light stains, shown in the last three photos: 1) underside of one of the seat cushions (you could keep it on the underside or have this professionally cleaned - the cover zips off), 2) left side of skirt of one of the chairs, 3) right side of same skirt (these are not noticeable since they are near to the floor, but you could have an upholstery cleaner try to remove the stains). I love this chair and am only selling because I am moving and completely redecorating, and sadly this chair will not be a fit in my new living room. I am posting an identical chair separately at a higher selling price as it has no visible stains.
