Seller's Notes:Purchased in 2016 at ABC Carpet & Home, this Cobble Hill sectional sofa with left-side chaise comes in a worn-in blue “twilight” denim material. Very comfortable and in excellent shape structurally, the fabric has some color fading due to sun exposure and stains on chaise where we tried to clean using chemical solution instead of water. Professionally cleaned winter 2023. Pet-free home. Can be moved as two separate pieces, 10 feet wide when all together, 5 feet 2 inches length for chaise, 37 inches deep for loveseat, 26 inches tall, love seat section 76 inches wide. Pick up from elevator building. There is one set of gradual stairs at building’s service entrance.
