Seller's Notes: I bought this item end of 2014 and it arrived a month later. I am upgrading my entire apartment furniture. contact me also if you are looking for a bed, dining table, rug, bar stools... Its VERY comfortable and have been told by many people its a great piece of furniture. I paid 1800$ for this unit. This item comes with an ottoman. There is a rip on one of the seats but it was sewn together and cannot be felt or is hard to see. I live in a doorman elevator building so getting it out would be easy to take it out, but we can talk about delivery options also!
