Seller's Notes:With a baby on the way this summer we sadly have to part with this super comfortable furniture to make room for a nursery. The black leather armchair and loveseat sofa both have a footrest and recline to an almost flat position. The best part is that they're space-saving recliners, meaning you can put them an inch from the wall and they still fully recline - perfect for small apartments. The backs are easily removed for easy transport and fitting through narrow doors. The three-piece set is just three years old and cost over $3,000 new. We're keeping the couch, which we use regularly and are selling the barely-used, like-new reclining loveseat sofa and armchair, which have been in our spare room. Our family has actually slept on these when visiting from out of town, that's how comfortable they are.
