Seller's Notes: EGYPTIAN PAPYRUS 5 Custom Framed Hand Painted Prints from Egypt. Original vintage hand-painted works of art on authentic PAPYRUS paper, from the Gizeh Institute, located near the Great Pyramids along the River Nile. Purchased in Egypt and hand-carried to the USA. Matte finish colors, are done in a good grade of light-fast gouache paint. Excellent condition, no cracking of the paint or deterioration of the papyrus. Predominant hues are maroon and green, with traces of metallic gold in background; lighter shade flesh-tones and muted neutral shades in garments. Nice color contrast against the warm buff-tone of the papyrus. Tastefully custom matted on black backgrounds and framed with glass to emphasize the dramatic texture of the papyrus. Natural deckle edges along all sides of the papyrus. 4 of these prints, frame included, are approx: 24" X 20", or 20" X 24", the one with the geese/birds is approx: 36" X 16".
