Seller's Notes:Large, sturdy bookshelves, custom made by a friend/furniture maker w/great attention to detail & quality. Unit breaks down into 6 sections. Center section conceals seams where side pieces attach so it looks like one solid unit. The shelves are adjustable on an inset track except for the center shelf. 2 shelves were replaced and are a slightly different color. We cut two very small holes in the back (also solid wood) for electronic wires - visible in the photos. This is a truly unique and beautiful piece of furniture of higher quality than most store-bought items. There are no veneers or particle board materials used. There are virtually no scratches or signs of wear or damage.
