Seller's Notes:We bought this sofa brand new from Raymour & Flanigan in November, 2020. It is very comfortable and in great shape. We are selling it because we are changing the decor of the room. It has been cleaned 2x a week for most of the time we have had it (we were away all summer 2021 because of the pandemic and it was not in use then). Additionally it will be given a thorough cleaning before any pick-up.
