Table felt in excellent condition with no rips. Table top has some surface scratches from normal wear & tear. Table top appears to have a crack around the outside, but that's how it was manufactured. Bumpers and ball pockets included. Pool balls and sticks not included. Set of 4, 22" wide swivel arm chairs; adjustable seat height and tilt. No rips in leather, minor scratches on arms.
