Smoke free home, no pets, two floor walkup but couch comes in pieces (and is light) so easy to get down stairs.
Great condition. One small spot on underside (not seen) of cushion where glue was spilled, barely noticeable. No ottoman included, but you can build on this sectional with additional west elm pieces.
Hand-built frames with hand-finished upholstery.
Solid eucalyptus and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery.
Cast metal legs (removable) in the finish of your choice.
High-gauge sinuous springs provide cushion support.
