Seller's Notes:Selling my sectional sofa from a smoke-free apartment (dog-friendly household). Brand & Collection: Wade Logan (Wayfair house brand), "Ashif" collection History: Purchased new in 2021 for $716. Well-loved centerpiece of my living room for the past few years — sturdy frame, held up great through daily use. Condition: Satisfactory; visible staining on the fabric (see photos), a small tear on the chaise that has been patched/covered, and some tearing on the underside of the couch (not visible in normal use). Frame is solid, fully functional Dimensions: 95.25" wide (full sectional with chaise) Comfortable, well-built piece; just doesn't fit where I'm headed next.
