Seller's Notes:Greetings! This set was originally purchased from Value City Furniture and is in good condition. These pieces are very cozy and comfortable and give a nice, chic look. I must downsize, because they are too large for my apartment. This sofa does show some reasonable signs of wear, particularly on the sofa, as a small patch of the leather has peeled. This, however, can easily be fixed by using a furniture leather repair kit (Walmart & Amazon). This set has not been exposed to any smoke, or pets. Cheers!
