Seller's Notes: **PET FREE, HAIR-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, FOOD-FREE STAINS** 1. Bought this couch/futon in Feb 2014 for $250 from a furniture store in Brooklyn,NY 2. I sit on my real bed a lot and never have guests over because my current apartment is small so I would say I've only sat on this futon about 20 times since I bought it 3. i Accidentally placed a hot flat iron on the right corner of this futon so there is a 1 inch X 3 inch "fade" stain. (This is the only "damage".) 4. The side trimmings of the futon are dark brown leather. 5. The futon has 2 matching pillows: 1 side matching leopard fabric, and the reverse side is dark brown leather 6. The futon works perfectly and can be flattened out into a bed. Just pop it back up half way to have your couch again. 7. I love this couch and want to find a great owner. I would take it with me to my new place, but it wont match my new decor :(
