Seller's Notes:I purchased the sofa less than a year ago and am moving into a smaller apartment. Retail for the sofa is $2,598. The ottoman (38x38x17h) was an additional $599. Also included are the matching pillows. The couch is in perfect condition. No stains, scratches, tears or defects. We are not smokers, do not have pets and don't eat on the couch - so no odors.
