Seller's Notes: 2 absolutely gorgeous Hutton Couches from Room and Board, one with a left Arm one with a Right arm. I LOVE them but they not fit in my smaller living room now. Each are 87" by 40" by 31". They are well over $2k each new: https://www.roomandboard.com/catalog/living/most-pinned-room-and-board-products/hutton-sofas As with any velvet materials, while they are beautiful, they do show a little bit of fade a bit and wear/tear/stain in certain light. One of them shows a bit more than the other. This is absolutely reflected in the price -- they are totally pretty and presentable and I'm sure you can get a cleaner to get them even sharper if you need!
