Seller's Notes: You're looking at the world's most comfortable sleeper sofa. Room and Board furniture is generally known for its quality, and that's certainly true of this piece, which has served us well for 7 years! We are moving on because we now have two kids and a larger apartment, so we couldn't all fit on the sofa anymore. Some great things you should know: - The sleeper sofa is seriously comfortable. It's got an air topper (the pump comes with) and it's actually more comfortable than our real bed. Everyone who has ever spent a night on our sleeper sofa asks where we got it, and remarks that it's the most comfortable they've ever used. - The microsuede material is very easy to maintain and the color is very versatile. - The quality of the piece is excellent. It's very sturdy and has survived multiple moves, two kids, and two cats, plus many overnight guests. I think it still looks great! We'd be keeping it if we hadn't grown out of it. - We spent over $2,000 on this couch because we ordered a custom fabric. Some not-so-great things you should know: - There is some serious cat claw damage on both arms of the sofa (see pictures), plus little "picks" in other places that are far less noticeable (again, see pictures). The custom arm slipcovers pictured in the lighter grey are included with this couch, so everything is covered up nicely. - We specifically custom ordered this couch with this expensive microsuede because we were told it would be cat proof. Clearly, it is not, but I think it's all down to the personality of the cat. One of our guys never raises a claw at the couch. The other? Well... - There is some minor wear to the bottom of the sleeper unit (see pictures), and one of the clips on the air valve is missing. These are cosmetic issues and do not affect the operation of the sleeper or the air topper at all.
