Seller's Notes:Beautiful Room & Board mid-century style Anson sofa (discontinued) with “smoke” pattern fabric and walnut stained legs. FINAL DAYS ON APTDECO. PRICE REDUCED! Get your MCM vibe going with this low-profile, curvy gem from Room & Board. Purchased in 2013, the piece has been lightly used in a smoke- and pest-free super-clean home by two adults and a small dog. The couch is vacuumed weekly and has been professionally cleaned. Custom fabric has a cool retro-weave texture and colorway that reads as a versatile medium gray to complement many decors. Comfortably seats three people. The piece does have signs of use. Each cushion seat has a small (about 2” to 3” in size) subtle shadow stain. Remove the cushions and the deck-pad fabric is torn where the velcro hooks on the cushions snagged the fabric. None of this minor wear affects the utility or overall visual appeal of the piece. We’ve taken good care of this sofa and it’s got more years of use ahead, but we are selling this cutie to make room for a remodel. The pattern and color close-up in the photo section is a good representation of an 8" x 10" area of the sofa in diffuse daylight.
