Seller's Notes:This is a perfect table for a smaller-sized apartment. I bought it in 2022 for a small 1BR and am selling now that i have upsized into a 2BR and can fit a larger table. Table is in great shape and refinished ahead of posting online for sale. Two small imperfections are pictured. Dimensions are 46x34x29 when extended and 30x34x29 when the leaves are not extended.
