Seller's Notes:For convenience, comfort and style, you can't beat this wall bed and sofa system from Resource Furniture! By day it is a comfortable L-shaped sofa, including shelves in the back. At night, pull down the bed (with one hand!). Made from dark brown wood, and upholstered with a lighter brown textured fabric. To understand how easy it is to transform the sofa into a bed, please watch this video on the Resource Furniture website: http://resourcefurniture.com/product/atoll-000/ There is storage under one side of the couch (see picture), and there are wood shelves to the right of the bed. The fabric has about 7 very small spots, nothing a good upholstery cleaner couldn't get out. Otherwise this piece shows no other noticeable wear and tear, even after 8 years--demonstrating the excellent quality of the construction. The back (the side with the bed) is 111" wide, 86" high and 49" deep. The side with the "L" of the couch is 103" wide, 43" deep and 23" high. The seat of the couch is 12" high. The 3 shelves on the right-hand side are 11" deep. The price includes professional assembly in your home by Resource Furniture, if you are in their delivery area. If you are not in their delivery area, assembly is not provided and the price will be discounted 30%.
