Seller's Notes: This queen sleeper sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman have served me well. There are stains from food, wine, and pets. The discoloration on the arms is from the sun. I had all the furniture steam cleaned last year. The bed is comfortable and easy to pull out, and the furniture is comfortable to sit on. I am going to be moving soon and may have to settle for a love seat as I do not know how much space I will be in.
