Seller's Notes:This is part of a 4-piece set. For more than 40 years, this furniture set has been central to all family celebrations. Despite expressions of regret from family members, it is now time to begin anew. There is one minor area of fabric stain at the bottom of this sofa. The wood on all three pieces of furniture(sofas) was professionally refurbished during the summer of 2024.
