Seller's Notes: ATTENTION! We just got our delivery date confirmation from Bloomingdale's and MUST sell this couch *sooooon.* We really appreciate everybody who's viewed, contacted, and "carted" it. We are going to list it on Craigslist in 5 days - best offer sort of thing - if unable to come to terms with somebody on AptDeco. We've decided to drop the price AND pay for full shipping, now, to hopefully help prospective buyers decide; this will basically reimburse the purchaser for a professional cleaning - which will restore it to a *very* appealing, decorative, classic addition to your furnishings. This sofa: -is structurally perfect; -the fabric is not threadbare nor over-worn; -has no missing/damaged decorative studs; -there is extra cushioning included (lots!) which was ordered *custom* from MG; -it still has 100% Pacific Down/original stuffing on all cushions; -has not been subject to children -our cat and dog sit on blankets which have covered it: NO STAINS from them! -Has ORIGINAL tags on ALL cushions & attached to bottom of sofa, too -is a really sound bargain and ethically/fairly priced. Again: there are some spots, discolorations from light, minor blemishes on the seat cushions - but only on one side (which means that other side is just fine): MG assured us that a professional cleaning will restore a uniform brightness to the entire couch.
