It is in very solid condition, having been in a home with no children, pets, or smoke. Some pilling on the fabric which can be seen in photos but is not conspicuous with the textured woven fabric. Cushion covers are removable and washable. While not technically a sleeper sofa we’ve found it comfortable for occasional overnight guests. We loved this couch!
