Seller's Notes:Bought in September 2021 and is consistent with daily use in living room -- but not TOO worn in since only 10 months old. Looking to sell simply because it's not meeting our current needs (space, build, etc). It is fully functioning and in good condition. I checked "wobbly" in the wear and tear details because I'm used to more solid/heavy duty couches. As you can see, this is a frame on wooden cone legs. Wanted to be clear about it's feel and sturdiness, but it's NOT broken or damaged by any means. Is in a home with a dog, but we clean the cushion covers regularly and vaccum the frame. It generally clean and can be cleaned again before delivery. Close-up picture of fabric looks lighter than how it shows up in full picture, but is just my camera and the lighting (Fabric has a "denim" color/composition to it up-close).
