Seller's Notes: Great, versatile and comfortable futon sofa. Has been used very rarely in our apartment, just for the occasional guest as a pull out bed in the living room. We're moving and don't have space for it in the new place. Non-smoking house, no pets. One faint stain on the fabric, but you'll probably want to use a slipcover anyway (ikea sells them specifically for this model). Retails at $250.
