Seller's Notes: I have a Herman Miller Eames Sofa Compact in black fabric that is in very good condition (requires just a light cleaning to remove minor dog hair). I am looking to sell the piece. A bit of background: The sofa was originally purchased in 2003 by a NYC branding agency (FutureBrand) at their 300 Park Avenue office. The sofa was rarely used and I acquired it soon after. It now sits in my apartment in Fort Greene.
