Seller's Notes: This is a gorgeous rug in excellent condition and worth more than twice the asking price. It deserves a good home. Hand-knotted rug made in Iran, circa 1960. My mother purchased it from a dealer in Cleveland around 1965, and I've had it since about 2002. It has been professionally cleaned by a New Haven rug dealer and stored in his facility for the last year and a half while we were between houses. Now that we've downsized to a condo, we don't have a space large enough for it. Condition: Overall, the rug is in superb condition. However one fringe has been trimmed quite short, and a buyer may wish to have it replaced. Value: The New Haven dealer suggested that it should be insured for about $8,000 (a fraction of what my mother paid, but she was always a sucker for a good story).
Condition: Good: Minor blemishes that most people won't notice
Wear and tear details: NA
Age: 60+ Years Old
Overall Dimensions: Width: 144 inches, Height: 1 inches, Depth: 104 inches
