Seller's Notes:Almost never used. This is a made in Canada, Custom Sleeper Queen bed sofa from EQ3, with upgraded 300 Leather (Parchment - a off white/cream). If you know the brand, you know the brand! They have lovely modern furniture made of great quality and lasts for years. They have a showroom now in SF and NY. We bought it for our 2nd bedroom which was to be a guest room, but we had a baby unexpectedly and we converted it into the nursery, so the leather sofa is barely used. We paid $300 to ship it to us from the brand's factory in Canada.
