Seller's Notes: The pullout sofa bed was used in our New York apartment where I stayed when I was in town on business, so the furniture got very little use. It has a very comfortable sleeper bed which is easy to set up. We can include a nice mattress topper as well. The sofa is from Hallman Furniture which is a designer only manufacturer, not for retail. It is a deep grey velvet which is comfortable and neutral in color. We are closing down the apartment and would like to find a home for the sofa.
