Seller's Notes:Originally a wardrobe, this piece was custom-converted into a bar by Ed Benesch, a Mid-Century Modern interior decorator. It’s a rare find with serious personality—modernized on the inside while keeping a classic, substantial exterior. One side is lit by a dramatic three-foot fluorescent tube, and there's a pull-out shelf designed for mixing drinks. Inside, you'll find a series of shelves for bottles and glassware, two drawers at the bottom, and a small side compartment with two more shelves for extra storage. Today, it’s wired and used as a TV cabinet, but it could easily serve as a hybrid bar and media unit. It’s heavy, unique, and not for everyone—but if you're into novel design, it might be exactly your thing. If you're picking it up, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be required to move it out of the co-op building.
