Seller's Notes:Beautiful custom-built solid wood farmhouse dining set (built in 2011). We're remodeling our kitchen and unfortunately this set no longer fits our new layout. It has been a wonderful family table and is ready for its next home. Set includes: 72" solid wood dining table 4 matching ladder-back chairs Matching bench Features: Custom built in 2011 Solid wood construction Distressed farmhouse finish Hand-crafted character marks and notches are intentional and part of the original design—not damage. Extremely sturdy and heavy Seats 6 comfortably (and can fit more with the bench) Approximate Dimensions: Table: 72"L × 36"W × 30"H Bench: 54"L × 16"D × 18"H Chairs: 42" overall height Condition: Good used condition with normal signs of everyday family use. The distressed finish is original and designed to have a rustic, lived-in look. There are typical surface scratches from years of use, but no structural issues. Everything is solid and sturdy. Smoke-free home.
