Seller's Notes:Crate And Barrel White Kitchen Island With Stainless Steel Metal Top A hardworking kitchen island designed by Bill Eastburn for Crate & Barrel. The stainless-steel top is durable, heat-friendly, and wipes clean in seconds, perfect for prep, baking, or serving. This is a sturdy piece of furniture that I absolutely love. Can be used in the kitchen area, but also looks great in a studio where dining/food prep/work are all done in the same room. I've included some images from the Crate & Barrel website that include the grey, only because they are nice images, but this table is white--and very easy to clean. The painted white base is solid rubberwood on tapered legs. It has two drawers with stainless pulls, a solid lower shelf and a slatted lower shelf for pots and cookbooks, and towel bars on both ends. A drop-down leaf flips up for extra surface area and room to pull up counter stools. It also works well as a desk or bar station. Dimensions: 48"W x 27.5"D x 36.25"H Condition: Excellent Retail: $699, now $300 Pickup in Flatiron. Message me with any questions. The stainless top shows some signs of use.
