Seller's Notes:We've loved this couch since we first bought it 3 years ago, but it unfortunately won't fit in our new apartment. The leather is worn and faded, mostly from sun exposure. It doesn't have a ton of staining and is coming from a pet-free and smoke-free home. The center leg is broken - it is fixable and the couch is still usable even with it broken. The couch is super comfortable and our guests usually prefer sleeping on it over an air mattress. Will be sad to see it go!
